NOTHING. As long as you book your trip with me, I charge no fees for my planning services. We make our money through commissions paid to us by Disney and other suppliers that we use to book your travel. The price you pay is the same for rooms & tickets, whether you book through Disney directly, or through me at Go Mickey Travel. In many cases, we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that you might not know about. If you have already booked your vacation but would like my help with planning the details (example: you've booked Disney but are overwhelmed by the dining and FastPass process and choices), we can see if it's possible to have your reservation transferred to me, or I'm happy to help you for a fee.
Originally, we were exclusively Go Mickey Travel, LLC. But with so many of our clients asking us to plan & book their vacations to other destinations (beyond Disney) - the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, all cruise lines, and more - we knew we needed a name change that represents our wider breadth of experience and capability! Go Now Travel Company will become our primary name, website, email, etc. (still in transition). Go Mickey Travel, LLC will remain as a division of Go Now Travel Company, LLC, specifically dedicated to and specializing in ALL Disney destinations. This is a behind-the-scenes business change, and will make no difference in how you book with me!
Of course you could do it yourself, but why in the world would you want to? And, do you have that kind of time? Rather than spend hours on the Internet and hours on the phone trying to find the best prices for the best itineraries and still end up wondering if you really got the best deal, all you have to do is contact ME. I’ll do all of that for you – at NO cost to you! Expert knowledge and exceptional planning services at ZERO cost to you. Talk about a no-brainer. I possess the highest level of training available EVERYTHING I book (graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, Masters in Adventure from Royal Caribbean, certified Sandals/Beaches specialist...and more). No need for you to attempt to wade through the sea of information (and misinformation!) to get the best vacation possible at the best possible price. Let me arrange your ultimate vacation, and all you do is sit back, relax, and prepare for the most unforgettable trip you’ve ever taken!

That will depend (of course) on where you're sailing. If you are disembarking FROM a U.S. cruise port and returning to a U.S. cruise port, then you do not need a passport as this is considered a "closed loop" sailing. But if you are disembarking from a non-U.S. port or ending your cruise in a non-U.S. port, you will need passports. Typically, kids 16 and under do NOT require passports. Anyone without a passport will need a copy (or original) of their birth certificate and adults will need a second government-issued ID (like a driver's license). I cover these details for every person that I book for every trip, as some situations may be different depending on citizenship. As a rule, passports are a very good idea to have in case you get "stuck" in a country that is not your own!
A few years ago, this was easier to answer since there were markedly "slower" times at Disney (Sept/Oct/Jan/Feb). But now, with so many new additions including Toy Story Land, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, and many seasonal events such as Epcot's Food & Wine Festival, Flower & Garden Festival, popular marathons, and Halloween & Christmas parties, Disney is busy. The predictability charts are becoming less reliable, so it pretty much comes down to when it's best for YOUR family to visit.
It's generally best to plan your vacation AT LEAST 6-12 months in advance. Especially with Disney's competitive Advanced Dining Reservations and FastPass+ process - you'll want to be out in front of that. Reach out to me and we can plan the best trip for you.
No. The deposit requirements are set by the supplier that I use. For Disney-related travel deposit rates vary based on the resort/package/vacation you select. Walt Disney World deposits are typically $200 with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Disney Cruise Line vacations for example, will require a deposit that is 20% of your voyage fare. For Caribbean vacations (Sandals, etc), a deposit will be due as well. The only exception with payment up front is if you are booking your trip 30-45 days in advance, when your balance is typically due. At no time does Go Mickey Travel ever charge your credit card - everything is charged directly to the vacation supplier. This way you are assured that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time of booking.
Simply contact me and I can help you to make the changes or cancellations that you need. Go Mickey Travel never charges for cancelled or altered vacations. However, not all funds may be returned to you based on Disney and supplier terms and conditions. Depending on when you are cancelling your vacation, and if it includes airfare, it will determine how much will be returned to you. Most travel advisors do encourage the purchase of vacation protection insurance, which is always offered during the quoting process. This insurance will almost always cover you should you need to cancel. I will clearly communicate these details upon your booking, so there will be no guesswork.
Yes I do! Whether it's business-related, a family reunion, a 40th birthday party with 10+ couples traveling to Aruba, or just a girls trip, I can make it happen for you - any destination! Reach out to me for more information as every group is unique.
Resorts (especially Disney) and cruise lines host millions of visitors every year, and they have almost always been there, done that when it comes to any special needs or requests you might have. From unique dietary needs to guests with disabilities to various medical conditions to specific lodging and room requests, and almost anything else you can think of, Go Mickey Travel can assist you with any arrangements for these special situations. Several cruise lines feature Autism on the Seas certification for their efforts to ensure their products and services are accessible for inclusion and participation by those with autism and developmental disability. This includes new ship design, extensive staff training, youth program services, dining & dietary needs, disability accommodations, and more. I have all of the up-to-date information on how to arrange for special needs, requirements, or services, and will provide you with everything you need to put your mind at ease and make your vacation worry-free.
Simply contact me, and I'm happy to answer all of your questions!
